Luxurious, central and modern loft in Bogotá

Wonderful studio apartment on Avenida Caracas. This avenue is a main thoroughfare in Bogotá with access to TransMilenio (public transport). Located in the vibrant Chapinero neighborhood, one of the liveliest and central areas of the city. It's close to Zona Rosa, the historic downtown, surrounded by universities, restaurants, bars, and various tourist attractions. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, sofabed, full kitchen, bathroom, and all cooking utensils.
The check-in is done virtually, and the platform will require guests' complete information for legal purposes in Colombia and to allow access to the building as per the reservation. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with a safety induction stove that operates only when a pot or pan is placed on the heat point.
The studio apartment is fully equipped. It features a complete kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed has a very comfortable double mattress, and the TV provides access to all Netflix movies and series. Ask for the username and password. Additionally, it includes a sofabed and a counter area with bar-type chairs for dining. The bathroom is modern and complete.
The building offers a 360 view terrace, concrete running track, a self-weight gym, and a panoramic view of the entire city. It also has a common area with a Smart TV, co-working space, and Ping Pong table. If you need parking, let us know before your arrival to coordinate the space (this may have an additional cost, depending on availability), but public transportation is right in front and very easy to use.

The area where the apartment is located is incredible. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bogotá due to the preservation of its houses, which remain intact. A park and green trees are very close by, along with restaurants and cafes on Park Way. It's a very lovely area, with a nearby police station and universities. Additionally, public transportation is very close, making it easy to travel to the airport, the city center, or the Zona Rosa.

It is recommended to get around using transportation apps like Uber, DiDi, Beat, or InDriver. If you prefer to use public transportation (Transmilenio), the building is located right in front of the 'Calle 39' station. However, it is not advisable to use it at night.
