This incredible studio apartment is located on Avenida Caracas, a main road with public transportation (TransMilenio). It offers a privileged view of the western part of Bogotá and is close to the International Center, restaurants, Parque Nacional, museums, and many other tourist attractions or places of interest for anyone who wants to be close to the city's vibrant atmosphere. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom.
Check-in is virtual, and the platform will request complete guest information for legal purposes in Colombia and to grant access to the buildings they've reserved. Please note that the kitchen features a safety induction stove, which means it will only work when a pot or pan is placed on the heat point. Board games: please request them through the app between 8 am and 4 pm. Risk, Monopoly, Parqués, Pictionary, Scrabble. Some common areas, such as bike rentals and the BBQ, have an additional cost.
The building offers a 360 view terrace, concrete running track, a self-weight gym, and a panoramic view of the entire city. It also has a common area with a Smart TV, co-working space, and Ping Pong table. If you need parking, let us know before your arrival to coordinate the space (this may have an additional cost, depending on availability), but public transportation is right in front and very easy to use.
The apartment is located on Avenida Caracas, ensuring immediate access to public transportation (TransMilenio, Av. 39). We always recommend using Uber; however, if you decide to use public transport, do so with caution. The area is safe during the day, but at night, it is advisable to travel by Uber only, NOT ON FOOT.

The area where the apartment is located is incredible. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bogotá due to the preservation of its houses, which remain intact. A park and green trees are very close by, along with restaurants and cafes on Park Way. It's a very lovely area, with a nearby police station and universities. Additionally, public transportation is very close, making it easy to travel to the airport, the city center, or the Zona Rosa.

It is recommended to get around using transportation apps like Uber, DiDi, Beat, or InDriver. If you prefer to use public transportation (Transmilenio), the building is located right in front of the 'Calle 39' station. However, it is not advisable to use it at night.
