This stunning studio apartment is located on Avenida Caracas (a main road with public transportation - TransMilenio). It offers a privileged view of the western part of Bogotá and is close to the International Center, restaurants, the National Park, museums, and other tourist attractions or places of interest for those who want to experience the city's energy. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.
Check-in is virtual, and the platform will request complete guest information for legal purposes in Colombia and to grant access to the buildings they've reserved.

Please note that the kitchen features a safety induction stove, which means it will only work when a pot or pan is placed on the heat point.

Board games: please request them through the app between 8 am and 4 pm. Risk, Monopoly, Parqués, Pictionary, Scrabble.

Some common areas, such as bike rentals and the BBQ, have an additional cost.
The studio apartment is very comprehensive. It features a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed comes with a comfortable double mattress, and the TV provides access to all Netflix movies and series. Additionally, the studio includes a desk with chairs for working and dining. It also comes with a single sofa bed for a possible third guest, and the bathroom is fully equipped and modern.
The building features a 360-degree view terrace, a concrete running track, a fully equipped gym, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the city. Additionally, it has a common area that includes a Smart TV, a coworking space, and a ping pong table. If you need parking, please let us know in advance to coordinate (it may have an additional cost subject to availability), although public transportation is right in front and very convenient to use.

The area where the apartment is located is incredible. It's one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Bogotá due to the preservation of its houses, which remain intact. A park and green trees are very close by, along with restaurants and cafes on Park Way. It's a very lovely area, with a nearby police station and universities. Additionally, public transportation is very close, making it easy to travel to the airport, the city center, or the Zona Rosa.

It is recommended to get around using transportation apps like Uber, DiDi, Beat, or InDriver. If you prefer to use public transportation (Transmilenio), the building is located right in front of the 'Calle 39' station. However, it is not advisable to use it at night.
