Wonderful studio apartment on Avenida Caracas. This avenue is a main thoroughfare in Bogotá with access to TransMilenio (public transport). Located in the vibrant Chapinero neighborhood, one of the liveliest and central areas of the city. It's close to Zona Rosa, the historic downtown, surrounded by universities, restaurants, bars, and various tourist attractions. The apartment features a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom, and all cooking utensils.
The check-in is done virtually, and the platform will request complete guest information for legal purposes in Colombia and to allow access to the building based on the reservation.

If there are only two guests and they require the sofa bed to be set up with extra linens, the laundry cost for the additional linens will be $25,000 + VAT. If paying for the third or fourth guest, this will not incur any extra charges.

Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with a safety induction stove that only activates when a pot or pan is placed on the heat zone.
The studio apartment is fully equipped. It features a complete kitchen for cooking and storing food. The bed has a very comfortable double mattress, and the TV provides access to all Netflix movies and series. Ask for the username and password. There is also a sofa bed for additional guests. Additionally, it includes a desk with an ergonomic chair for work and a counter area with bar-type chairs for dining. The bathroom is modern and complete.
The building is located above a shopping center where you can find bars, restaurants, cafes, a minimarket, and more. Additionally, it boasts a stunning terrace with panoramic views of the entire city (currently out of service) and a common laundry area with washers and dryers available for rent, along with two bookable areas: offices and a guest kitchen.

This neighborhood is vibrant, full of life and nightlife, close to the famous Theatron and other outstanding bars. It has excellent transportation options being right in front of the Transmilenio, and it's close to the most important areas of the city, such as the historic center and the Zona Rosa. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and commerce nearby. And the best part, if you're going to a concert, it's conveniently located near the stadium and the Movistar Arena.

For transportation, it's best to use ride-hailing apps like Uber, DiDi, Beat, or InDriver. If you prefer public transport (Transmilenio), we're right across from 'Calle 57' station. However, for safety reasons, nighttime usage isn't recommended, and it's advised to be cautious with your belongings during the day.
