This apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers or those visiting the city on business. You will be greeted by a bright living room decorated with contemporary style and comfortable furniture. From here, you will have direct access to the balcony that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and the dynamism of the city
Recommendation: At the time of your reservation we will ask for a photo of the guest's identity document to authorize the entrance to the building, as required by the administration, for safety reasons for you and for everyone. Please note that the kitchen has an induction safety stove, this means that it only works once the pot or pan is over the heat point.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: induction stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, American style counter with two dining places and washing machine. It also has a spacious living room with TV and balcony overlooking the city, work area, social bathroom and a quiet and cozy bedroom with double bed, bathroom and balcony overlooking the city.
Guests have access to all the space in the accommodation. The building has a cafeteria, supermarket, paid gym and parking for more security.

The BD Bacatá building is located in one of the most touristy and bustling neighborhoods of Bogotá, close to Monserrate, the historic center, and Plaza de Bolívar. It is also near offices, bars, restaurants, museums, and other tourist attractions.

It is recommended to use transportation apps such as Cabify, Uber, DiDi, and InDriver. However, if you prefer public transportation, the building is located five blocks away from the "Las Aguas" station.
